The Daily Cheer is a static website. We do not run ads, sell data, or track you across the internet.

What we collect

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address. We use this only to send you the newsletter. We never sell it. Ever.

We use localStorage (client-side only) to remember which stories you've smiled at. Nothing leaves your device.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., Plausible or Fathom) that do not fingerprint users or share data with third parties.
